Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. Please email in advance.

 

Return shipping
Please post the product in its original packaging to:

84 Union Street, Hamilton, ML3 6NQ.

(You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.)

 

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for more valuable packages. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Faulty goods.

 

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact me by email to arrange refund or replacement. All shipping costs will be refunded if your item is found to be faulty.
